Villas of Holland
This project involved developing a portion of a defunct golf course into a new, zero-step, ranch-style condominium community. FTCH assisted Covenant Developments, LLC with initial due diligence efforts including survey, layout, planned unit development, rezoning approvals, site plan approvals, color renderings, MDEQ wetlands permitting, and construction cost estimating. Design engineering services were provided for 68 units and a clubhouse on 25 acres with private roads, public utilities, a sewage lift station, a stormwater sand filter, and building elevations.
FTCH also assisted the client with construction administration including bidding, construction staking, GIS locating, submittals, RFIs, field changes, and as-built documentation.
