Submit Enrollment

Classes are filled in the order in which the registration forms are received. Course fees must be paid in advance of course date. Fees include course materials and, where applicable, certificates of completion. Registrants are responsible for travel and lodging. Meals/snacks will be provided as appropriate (e-mail confirmation will specify).

Refund Policy

A full refund is available upon receiving written cancellation up to one week prior to the session start date. Registration is nonrefundable if canceling within the one week grace period. FTC&H reserves the right to cancel programs if necessary. In this event, FTC&H’s liability is limited to full refund of your registration fee.
