City of Grand Rapids Ottawa-Fulton Parking

With the completion of the Ottawa-Fulton parking facility, the City of Grand Rapids expanded its parking system to meet the needs of the developing downtown area. Development of this type occurs in older urban areas, which are most often now classified as brownfield areas. Brownfield had to be addressed to make this a successful project.
