Orientation
Your first days at FTC&H are devoted
to an organized orientation program customized just for you. You will
be introduced to the firm, learn about our unique and accepting culture,
meet with staff and the teams you will be working with. Depending on
your talents and current abilities, specific educational trainings will
be included so that when you are ready, you can feel comfortable and
confident as a contributing member of the team. This special orientation
program designed for success, is what new staff find
most helpful those first few months.
Mentoring
Studies have shown that most highly successful professionals can identify
one or two individuals who, at some time, had a significant and
positive impact in their own career development. FTC&H's formalized
mentoring program is designed to create an environment of interaction between
experienced professionals and developing staff members to provide guidance,
encouragement, and nurturing.
Professional Organizations
Would you like to further your professional development and education?
FTC&H staff are supported with:
- Educational tuition assistance is provided for those who would like
to continue their education when appropriate
- Professional and technical exams and registrations
- Professional and technical organization membership and activity
fees.
- Conventions, meetings and seminars
- CPR/first aid training for any interested staff
- HAZWOPER 40 hour training
- HAZWOPER refresher courses (provided internally)
