Our diverse team of over 300 professionals including architects, engineers, constructors, and scientists have now developed FacilityWISE, a six-step program to reduce project costs through more efficient design solutions. All elements relating to the design and construction of a facility are thoroughly analyzed including planning, architectural components, and engineering systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, utilities, and civil).  In addition, operational efficiency and methods for procurement of construction services and building components are investigated to identify potential savings.
