An FTC&H study performed on the MSU Chemistry Building has led to a LEED® certified expansion/renovation project with an estimated construction cost of $15 million. 
Realizing the unique performance criteria for the NMR instrument would not be met by existing facilities, MSU chose FTC&H to produce design documents for an 8,400-sf building that blends into the environment and meets the demands of the NMR instrument technology.
In a partnership with the City of Kalamazoo, WMU developed a 200-acre business technology and research park into the new Parkview Campus, which houses the College of Engineering.
